Get ready to RUN!!!!
A 16-18 week Virtual Training Program, for the novice athlete through advanced. If you are in the Chicagoland area, we will have some additional opportunities for you! No matter where you are, we are too!
Several options whether you want to do 3-4 tailored run workouts per week; or level up with 5-6 per week to achieve additional goals! Also included are some cross training and body strength exercises each week. (Half marathon is typically 3-4)
16-18 week, detailed, daily online training plan for all levels of athletes, including: Walk/Run, Run/Walk, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced (and can be adjusted in-between too!)
Also included:
- Experienced coach to guide your training
- Weekly emails with training tips & updates
- Zoom meet ups with your coach (up to 2 per month)
- Specialty Clinics via Zoom
- Product discounts available from our sponsors
- Unlimited emails with your coaches
When you register, it will take a few days to get set up and started. We will have you fill out a questionnaire so we can begin to set up your plan. We will also schedule a meeting to get you on track!
Prior to program start, runners should be able to complete 15-20 miles per week, including an 8 mile long run.
