Monthly Essential Coaching

  • Two 15-30 minute Zoom sessions with a certified running coach

  • Two-three custom weekly run workouts

  • Five texts a week with coach

  • Training Peaks Option

    • Membership runs month to month & can be cancelled at any time; 2 month minimum required.

    • Running or Triathlon focused.

Monthly Premier Coaching

  • Four 15-30 minute Zoom sessions with me

  • Five+ custom weekly run workouts

  • Reasonable unlimited texts with coach

  • Training Peaks Option

    • Membership runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time after a 2 month minimum.

    • Running or Triathlon focused.
